With more than 15 years of design experience. Lauren has focused her career on design and project management of country clubs, senior living, health care, hotels and residential facilities. The Governor’s Club, Chapel Hill, NC, The Terraces at Edenwald , Towson, MD, and the Chenal Country Club, are a few of the noteworthy projects Lauren has developed and managed. Lauren received her BFA in Interior Design at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) Savannah, GA.

Chad Flickinger, a certified interior designer, joined Studio Partnership in April 2014 to pursue work on hotel and hospitality projects. Prior to this he enjoyed a 13-year career at The H. Chambers Company in Baltimore, MD focusing on the design of country and city clubs, healthcare and residential projects. Recent work includes Long Cove Club (Hilton Head Island, SC), Longwood Cricket Club (Chestnut Hill, MA) and Union League Club of Chicago (Chicago, IL). Chad received his BS in Interior Design from the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH
Kelli Nemer is a versatile interior designer and project manager who joined the Studio Partnership team in 2012. Kelli’s extensive experience includes hospitality and restaurant design, corporate, retail merchandising and high-end residential projects. Kelli received a BA in Speech Communications from the University of Minnesota.
Leanne White brings over three years of hospitality Design experience to Studio Partnership. Her talents in InDesign, Photoshop and drafting have aided her in working on projects such as Tremont, Baltimore MD, Crowne Plaza, Addison TX, Courtyard, Ripkin Stadium, Aberdeen MD, Kenilworth Inn Kenilworth, NJ and Embassy Suites, Orlando, FL. Leanne earned a BS in Interior Design from Virginia Polytechnical Institute.
Since 2012, Chelsea has focused her knowledge of design in both the Hospitality and Senior Living fields. Her desire to work in an inspiring and energizing environment serves her well at Studio Partnership. Chelsea’s prior experience includes Bridget Bohacz &amp;amp;amp;amp; Associates in Glen Burnie, MD as well as Studio Partnership. Chelsea has strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, as well as organization. She received her BS in Interior Design from High Point University in High Point, NC.
Primarily serving clients in hospitality and corporate design, Mical’s past projects include the Embassy Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor (the Tremont) and the Kenilworth Inn (New Jersey). Before joining Studio Partnership, Mical worked on residential projects with Carey Lind Design in Baltimore and on model homes at Builders Design in Gaithersburg, Maryland. She received her BFA in Interior Design from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
Sarah joined Studio Partnership in 2016 after graduating from Radford University with a BFA in Interior Design. During her time in undergrad, she completed an internship at Archive Design Services, a commercial design firm located in Frederick, MD. Her expertise includes Autodesk’s CAD and Revit programs, along with other rendering software and Adobe products. She also has experience with hand rendering and drafting.
Jonna Armstrong came to Studio Partnership from RD Jones and Associates in Baltimore in 2004. She has utilized her incredible talent in scale, proportion and color in design development for projects at Studio Partnership. The L’Enfant Plaza and Waldorf Courtyard are only two of her award winning designs. Jonna received her second degree, BFA in Interior Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art 2000.
Mike is a CAD Manager for Studio Partnership with over thirty years’ experience in the construction industry. Nineteen of those years were at Ilex Woodworking where he was a lead cabinetmaker. He has received four craftsmanship awards for both commercial and residential millwork. His custom cabinetry and millwork for the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Cambridge, Maryland was featured in the trade magazine “Design Solutions”. Six years ago he transitioned from woodworking to CAD drafting, creating primarily detail drawings for several local cabinet shops.
Mike is a US Navy Veteran. He also attended MICA (Maryland Institute College of Art) where he received a BFA in Photography.

Natalie is a team member that wears many hats, with her main focus in graphics and marketing. Her previous experience includes working at Recorded Books llc and Blue Ocean Ideas as an Intern, Towson University’s Office of Academic Instruction as a Junior Designer, and MomentumMedia as a Design Assistant. While completing her fine arts degree, she also pursued opportunities and courses on entrepreneurship and community enrichment. Natalie received her BFA in Art + Design: Graphic Design from Towson University in Towson, Maryland.

Before joining Studio Partnership in 2010, Laurie worked for The H. Chambers Company in Baltimore. She has over 15 years’ experience in administration, accounts payables and receivables, data entry and purchasing coordination. Laurie’s contributions to Studio Partnership include assisting Principal, Office Operations and Procurement. Laurie received her AA in Fashion Merchandising from Bauder College, Atlanta, GA.
