An award winning interior designer since 2003, Karin has extensive experience in the hospitality, corporate, and condominium design arenas and has had previous positions with RD Jones & Associates and H Chambers Company before founding the studio in 2001. In addition to her notable designs, Karin is unique in her excellent communication, respect for a client’s budget requirements, ability to represent the client’s interests and interpret their needs for successful projects. Karin has recently won the Marriott Courtyard Design of the Year award, and has won multiple awards in the Intercontinental Hotel Group for Design & Modernization of their hotels. Karin received her BS in Interior Design from Drexel University in 1993.

Lauren Christel-Dalrymple

Lauren.Christel@studiopartnership.netIn her 20 years of experience, Lauren has focused her career on the commercial application of Interior Design. She manages a team of designers implementing design solutions across hospitality, multi-family, country club, F&B, and high-end residential properties. Lauren is a strong conceptual thinker and focuses on providing clients with a comprehensive approach in the development and implementation of unique design solutions. The Delta Baltimore, Royal Sonesta Baltimore, Hyatt House Orlando FL, and Doubletree Wilmington, DE, are a few of the noteworthy projects Lauren has developed and managed. Lauren received her BFA in Interior Design at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) Savannah, GA.

Leanne.White@studiopartnership.netLeanne joined Studio Partnership in 2011 after graduating from Virginia Tech with a BS in Interior Design. Her skills in Autocad, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites including Photoshop, Indesign and Acrobat have aided her on several noteworthy Hospitality projects such as: The Tremont in Baltimore MD, Crowne Plaza in Addison TX, The Courtyard and Residence Inn at Ripken Stadium in Aberdeen MD, and The Delta in Baltimore, MD. Leanne also has experience in Tenant Fit outs working with Yogibo on several locations across the northeast.

Mical.Coon@studiopartnership.netPrimarily serving clients in hospitality and corporate design, Mical’s past projects include the Embassy Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor (the Tremont Plaza) and the Hyatt House in Orlando, Florida. Before joining Studio Partnership, Mical worked on residential projects with Carey Lind Design in Baltimore and on model homes at Builders Design in Gaithersburg, Maryland. She received her BFA in Interior Design from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina. In the fall of 2016, Mical passed the NCIDQ exam.

She has utilized her incredible talent in scale, proportion and color in design development for projects at Studio Partnership. The L’Enfant Plaza and Waldorf Courtyard are only two of her award winning designs. Jonna received her second degree, BFA in Interior Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art 2000.

While completing her degree, she also pursued opportunities and courses on business communications, entrepreneurship and community enrichment. A dynamic team member who primarily works with graphics and marketing, Natalie brings a unique perspective on interior design projects. Her previous experience includes work with Recorded Books, Blue Ocean Ideas, Towson University’s Office of Academic Instruction, and MomentuMedia. Outside the office, she can be found creating art and music, refinishing furniture, and selling the occasional craft on Etsy.

Laurie’s contributions to Studio Partnership include assisting Principal, Office Operations and Procurement. Laurie received her AA in Fashion Merchandising from Bauder College, Atlanta, GA.

Nodji.Maouyo@studiopartnership.netNodji joined Studio Partnership in 2017 and has proven to be a valuable asset. Her background in marketing, product logistics, and event planning gives her a useful perspective as a designer. During her Interior Design studies, Nodji was a member of the winning team for 2016 MADE: In America - All American House at Carroll Mansion, Baltimore MD. The team won both the "Best in Use of Materials" and the overall "Best in Design" award for their living room design. Her program also received recognition from the Baltimore City Mayor. Nodji received her BS in Marketing from Rutgers University, NJ and certification in Interior Design at CCBC, MD.

In continuation of a career working with entrepreneurs as well as established companies in the consumer product, technology, internet, and financial services sectors, Kelly is now the yin to our creative yang. Her skill and experience have made her an invaluable addition to our management team. Kelly holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) focused in Finance & Entrepreneurship from Babson College, Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business.

Jeannie has years of experience managing complex projects and teams of technology and design professionals in the digital technology, software, telecommunications, and consumer product sectors both nationally and overseas as an expat. Jeannie joined Studio Partnership in 2018 and has quickly become an integral member of our management team. Jeannie holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Mary Washington University and attended the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business– Executive Education.

Jessica Damseaux

Jessica.Damseaux@studiopartnership.netJessica’s background includes extensive work in complex multiuse and multifamily projects, restaurants and hospitality projects of varying scales. With her expertise in BIM modeling, Jessica has years of experience managing complex projects and coordinating a large group of consultants through design and construction. She has led multiple projects through LEED certification and is passionate about energy efficient detailing. She has served on the Roland Park Architectural Review Committee, Lecture Series Committee for AIA Baltimore, and the chapter’s Board of Directors. She graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Architecture in 2001.
